Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility window: You may submit a return request within 30 calendar days after you receive the parcel. Requests raised beyond this period will not be accepted.
2. Return conditions: Items must remain unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and packaging intact. Any clothing with stains, wear marks, odour or missing labels cannot be returned.
3. Non‑returnable items: Custom‑printed goods, clearance final‑sale items and intimate apparel are excluded from return for hygiene reasons.
4. Return procedure: Send an email to sales@gymbeastvip.shop with your order number, photos of the item and your reason for return. Wait for our team to approve and provide the return instruction before sending items back. Unauthorised returns will be rejected.
5. Return shipping cost: Customers bear the return freight unless the return is caused by our fault, such as wrong item sent, obvious quality defect or size error on our side.
6. Refund arrangement: After we receive and inspect the returned goods, the approved refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refund processing may take 3–10 working days depending on your payment provider’s settlement speed.
7. Partial refund: We reserve the right to offer partial refund instead of full refund if the returned product shows signs of use.
