1. Order processing: All orders require 1–3 business days for processing, validation and packing before shipment. Processing time excludes weekends and official public holidays in the UK.
2. Delivery timeline for US and European destinations: Standard international shipping normally takes 15–30 working days after dispatch. This estimate is for reference only and cannot be guaranteed.
3. Factors that may extend delivery: customs inspection, local postal delays, remote area logistics, holiday peak seasons or unforeseen transport disruptions.
4. Customs & duties: Buyers are responsible for any import tax, customs duty or clearance fees charged by the destination country. We cannot cover these extra charges.
5. Shipping address: Please double‑check your shipping address before checkout. We are not liable for lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
6. Shipment tracking: Once dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email. You can track parcel progress via the provided tracking link.
